Things That Feel Right About Me

It is very important that we save and remember the things that feel right about us. We need to forget the things that do not. Concentrate on the positive. I used to think it was important to see people as they are with their limitations and all. Now I see that I restrict myself and them with this kind of thought.

I’m the one with the sunglasses. My favorite Aunt is sitting up in the photo. My sister is on the far left. I don’t remember the other girl.

This is a form for you to use.

You can use this as a guide  to list things that feel right about you.

Feel free to print this up so you can write these down. If you wish you could copy and paste this into a word document fill in what feels right about you and save it to your computer. Or you can simply type into the comments  box below the things that feel right about you!

It doesn’t matter if it is written neatly or correctly spelled. This is just for you. You may share it with others if you are comfortable doing that. Remember there is no right or wrong way to do this. You just want to write down things that make you feel good about yourself.

You may want to refer to this to help you feel better about yourself whenever you feel the need.

Here are some examples of things you could write down:
I have a kind and loving heart.

I have great hair.

I love my smile.

God loves me.

In Gods eyes I am perfect in every way.
